I had my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation on 4/27/22 and I was completely satisfied with the work. I didn't have to wait long and when they called me back, I was pleasantly surprised that they washed it and swept inside. I'm so glad I changed to Columbiana Chevy. Not to be trusted. The birthplace and proving grounds of "the proverbial used car salesman". Integrity, good faith, fair play are not in their vocabulary. We reached an agreement on a car and trade, I had an appointment to complete the purchase. They sold the car to another buyer and canceled my appointment. Car shopper beware.
Took my 2017 ats in for oil change this morning. Asked salesman what you would pay for me to buy my car back from me. I received a letter stating you were interested since I had very low mileage and car was in excellent shape. Salesman said that he would give me $18,000. I told him that Kelley Blue Book was $27,000. He then told me to go sell it to Kelley. Pretty classless comment in my opinion.

I felt like I was deceived into giving up a rebate from GMAC financial to get talked into a lower interest rate from a bank, when the finance guy knew that I was planning to refinance the loan at my credit union. The finance guy asked us to take the bank loan so that GMAC would not 'ding' him and the dealership by having us finance thru GMAC just to get the $1100 rebate and then turning around the next week to refinance the loan at a way lower rate at the credit union. Rick Palmer is the man to see at Columbiana Cadillac. He always treats you fairly even after the deal is done. To Chevrolet and Lordstown this is my 2nd Cruze and what a great car it is. My first one I had 220,000 miles on and it will probably see 300,000 plus. Chevrolet keep building engines/transmissions and Automobiles in the USA!

I’ve been dealing with the dealership so long, I’m on my second salesman. Jeff Huff was the right size, the size of my husbands golf buddies. He’s helped me get every vehicle that I’ve wanted, every option, especially the color. Now the dealership has my friends, because they’re the best.
I went for a problem with my tires and they discovered for me that my car was dragging a tree limb. This cost me nothing and they were pleased that I did not have to put it on a rack and pay. While there , I got my oil changed. Great crew that know me by name and I also know them.

I took the car in to have the wheel bearings checked and they found out that the two passenger side wheels were bent and they showed me without having to ask. I have replacement wheels and when I get the chance I will have the service department put the new wheels on with new tires all around.
Treated poorly after buying a brand new 2018 Malibu. Won’t be back for any more vehicles and neither will anyone that I associate with.
